recipe fo the day and exercise log...

Walked 7 miles, 500 crunches, 100 push ups. 

Breakfast:  Half hard boiled egg, fresh spinach and a cup of garbanzo beans.

Lunch:  Wrap w/ romaine lettuce, tomato, egg & pork roll.

Dinner:  Salad w/ tomato, cheese and fresh steamed green beans.  A cup of macaroni salad on top.
