its 82 and partly cloudy. feels so good outside. went to the gym this morning and worked out for two and a half hours and swam for an hour. feels so good.

A day in the life of Gabriel N., a 12 year old Philadelphia native. Interested in art, travel, swimming, martial arts and rowing to name just a few. Also trying to open a business - NOT EASY when your 12 and living in the city (not much grass to mow here)!! My main goal is to have a book published this summer. If I am not at home, you will find me at the park or gym. Most people would describe me as funny and down to earth. One unusual thing about me is I love to eat lemons.

so today was a little awkward....
Sometimes I think I take a lot of things way too personal. Girls tend to think boys don't pay attention to things like girls do but things do bother me. I get offended by people's actions an my feelings are easily hurt. Too much I think. I just can't help it. Just being me.

ITS FRIDAY....
Swim team started yesterday. Other than that, I'm chilling ALL day...
Breakfast - lima beans, boiled egg, romaine lettuce. I think this protein in the morning does work. Makes you feel energized all day.

recipe fo the day and exercise log...
Walked 7 miles, 500 crunches, 100 push ups.
Breakfast: Half hard boiled egg, fresh spinach and a cup of garbanzo beans.
Lunch: Wrap w/ romaine lettuce, tomato, egg & pork roll.
Dinner: Salad w/ tomato, cheese and fresh steamed green beans. A cup of macaroni salad on top.

so today was a little sad....
I released my water turtle into the river today. I know it was for the best but still a little sad. He came back to the shore a few times but looked so happy to be free. I hope he'll be alright.
My book is almost finished. Just need to have it edited and finish the artwork then it can go to the publisher. Very exciting.

RECIPE OF THE DAY...
3 proteins for breakfast - a hard boiled egg, a cup of lentils and chicken breast (supposed to help you build lean muscle). Lunch - a wrap with tuna lettuce and tomato.

It's Monday!!!! Feels like a Sunday here. There is usually a lot of traffic outside, but today, not so much. Trying to write 2 more pages today in the book. Want to have it edited and to the publisher by the end of July. Loving the Summer. What about all of you.

long weekend....
Made a trip to Reading this weekend. Hiked up a mountain and saw a chipmunk. May sound familiar to a lot of you, but all new to me. Back to reality tomorrow. I've only written 2 pages and haven't even started the art yet. What did everyone do this weekend?

TORTILLA WRAP, FRESH SPINACH, SUNNY SIDE UP EGG AND SPAM W/ HOT SAUCE AND KETCHUP. YUM. CALORIE WISE NOT TOO BAD - ABOUT 350.
DID YOU KNOW IT TAKES AN HOUR AND HALF TO WALK OFF 350 CALORIES, 50 MINS OF DANCING AND 1 HOUR 15 MINS OF JOGGING. SAW IT ON T.V. TODAY.

My first blog - oh yeah!!! So today its really cold here for a summer day. I'm literally freeeeezing right now, need socks and a sweatshirt. Trying to get some ideas and art together for my book. Rowing tonight. Hopefully someone shows up for class.
