how is everyone doing this morning. school is pretty hard this year. lots of reports and projects already. how about everyone else? we're supposed to get a little snow here tomorrow. probably not much but i was beginning to think it was never gonna get cold here.

1st week of school

you have to try the whole wheat wraps w/ honey...
they wraps are so good and healthy for you. fill them with whatever you like, spinach, romaine, turkey bacon, chicken breast, lunchmeat. either way, they are fun and easy to make. great because things stay put instead of falling all over you. perfect for kids. love them!!!!!

i feel like a fish...
i've been at the pool so much this week that i think i'm gonna develop gills. feels so good though.
Breakfast: Whole wheat wrap w/ light mayo, ketchup, grilled chicken burger, boiled egg and fresh spinach. Probably 400 calories but good calories.

fireworks last night at penn's landing and barbecue today. so happy that summer is finally here. so busy with swim and martial arts. book is coming along. need to finalize things with the publishing company and then 2 months until its ready. so happy its accomplished.

Walked 7 miles, 500 crunches, 100 push ups.
Breakfast: Half hard boiled egg, fresh spinach and a cup of garbanzo beans.
Lunch: Wrap w/ romaine lettuce, tomato, egg & pork roll.
Dinner: Salad w/ tomato, cheese and fresh steamed green beans. A cup of macaroni salad on top.

so today was a little sad....
I released my water turtle into the river today. I know it was for the best but still a little sad. He came back to the shore a few times but looked so happy to be free. I hope he'll be alright.
